Nishikigoi breeding supplies and other items will be delivered as is.
In this case, we can only accept returns for Nishikigoi breeding materials if the appearance is clearly different, so please check the specifications, standards, size, etc. carefully before purchasing from our shop.
Handling and compensation for items that fail inspection We will collect, at our expense, any Nishikigoi breeding supplies that fail the inspection at the time of receipt as described in the previous article within 10 days of the customer notifying us of this.
If the items are not collected by the time specified in the previous paragraph, the customer may return the Nishikigoi breeding supplies that failed the inspection to us.
In this case, the costs incurred will be borne by our company.
Notwithstanding the provisions of this article, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to compensate the customer by refunding or providing a replacement item up to the total cost of the Nishikigoi and Nishikigoi breeding supplies that failed the inspection and their shipping costs.
Delivery time We aim to ship within two days of receiving your order.
However, delivery may be delayed due to a large number of orders, inventory issues, or around holidays. If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact us.
Payment Deadline Payment methods are bank transfer (customer pays bank transfer fees), cash payment (in-store only), and credit card.
For bank transfers, if we do not receive notification of completion of the transfer or confirmation of payment within 7 days, your order will be canceled.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, etc We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after purchase.
Regarding Delivery and Carp Compensation We take great care in packaging and shipping, but if you find any defects upon receipt, please contact us by phone or email without opening the inner bag.
If the carp arrives dead, please email us a photo or video of the unopened bag within 1 hour of arrival.
We will refund the purchase price and shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any damage or injuries that occur during transportation.
If a koi sold with a female guarantee turns out to be male, please send us an image or video that clearly shows it is male by email. We will refund the purchase price and shipping costs.
We will not be held responsible for any issues that arise after the purchased koi has been delivered, regardless of the reason.
About shipping and in-store pickup Items can be shipped three days after we receive your order.
In-store pickup is also possible three days after that date.
