Article 1 (Members)

A "member" is an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the procedures established by our company. "Member Information" refers to information regarding the member's attributes and transaction history disclosed to our company by the member.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all members and must be observed during and after the registration process.

Article 2 (Registration)

Membership Eligibility
Customers who agree to these Terms and Conditions and apply for membership will be eligible to become members after completing the required registration process.
Membership registration must be completed by the individual who will become a member.
Registration by proxy is strictly prohibited.
Please note that we may refuse membership applications from individuals whose membership has been revoked in the past or who we deem unsuitable.

Entering Member Information
When registering as a member, please carefully read the input instructions and accurately enter the required information in the designated input form.
Special symbols, old kanji characters, Roman numerals, etc. cannot be used when registering member information.
If these characters are registered, we will change them.

Password Management
Passwords may only be used by the Member and may not be transferred or loaned to third parties.
Members are responsible for managing their passwords, including by changing them regularly to prevent them from being known to others.
Any statements made to the Company using a password will be deemed to be the Member's own statements, and the Member is responsible for all payments resulting therefrom.

Article 3 (Changes)

Members must promptly notify the Company of any changes to the information they have provided to the Company, such as their name or address.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from failure to register changes.
Please note that even if changes are registered, any transactions already processed before the change will be carried out based on the information before the change.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

If a Member wishes to withdraw from membership, they must complete the withdrawal procedure themselves.
Withdrawal will be effective after the prescribed withdrawal procedure has been completed.

Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Liability for Compensation)

We reserve the right to revoke a member's membership if the member makes a false statement when applying for membership, fails to pay for mail-order purchases, or is otherwise deemed unsuitable by us as a member.

If a member engages in any of the following acts, the member will be liable to compensate us for any damages incurred as a result:

Unauthorized use of the member number or password, interference with our business by accessing this website and falsifying information or transmitting harmful computer programs to this website, infringement of intellectual property rights of products handled by our company, or other acts in violation of these Terms of Use.

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

As a general rule, we will not disclose member information to third parties without the member's prior consent.

However, in the following cases, we may disclose member information and other customer information without the member's prior consent.
When disclosure is required by law, or when we determine it is necessary to protect our rights, interests, reputation, etc. Member information will be managed by us in accordance with our "Personal Information Protection Policy."

Violating laws and regulations, these Terms of Use, the Service Usage Guidelines, the Service Shopping Guidelines, or other Terms of Use; damaging the rights, interests, or reputation of our company or other third parties; engaging in acts that may have a negative impact on the physical or mental health of minors; engaging in other acts that are contrary to public order and morals; engaging in acts that cause inconvenience or discomfort to other users or third parties; entering false information; sending or posting harmful computer programs or emails; unauthorized access to our servers or other computers; lending, transferring, or sharing passwords with third parties; or any other acts that our company deems inappropriate.

Article 8 (Service Interruption/Suspension, etc.)

The Company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from the Company's webpages, servers, domains, etc. are free from computer viruses or other harmful content.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Members due to violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 11 (Amendment of these Terms and Conditions)

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion and may establish supplementary terms (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms and Conditions"). Any amendments or supplements to these Terms and Conditions shall take effect upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions or supplementary terms on the website designated by our company.
In such cases, members shall comply with the revised Terms and Conditions and supplementary terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law, Court of Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, the district court with jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
